What happens when I make a complaint?

The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery and/or it is a production error. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer services as soon as possible within 30 days. Include the order number, what is wrong and pictures of the error and the item in its entirety. We will get back to you as soon as we have evaluated the case.

If the product is purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the place of purchase. We are not entitled to change any retailer's decision.

How do I complain about a product?

Contact our customer services and include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the damage or how it occurred/was noticed.

  • Attach pictures of the damage and an overall picture of the product.
